Portland — The Joy Team reached a milestone in its continuing mission of spreading positivity by unveiling its 100th billboard featuring positive messages in Portland. The latest billboard — featuring the message “Best. Day. Ever. And it’s yours” — was placed Monday morning at Northeast Weidler Street and First Avenue. The Vancouver-based nonprofit group began using billboards to spread optimism after it launched its outdoor ad campaign in April 2010. “We’re dedicated to uplifting by spreading joy, optimism and inspiration,” Joy Team founder Michele McKeag Larsen said in a press release.
