SEATTLE — Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and cornerback Richard Sherman are the latest boosters for health care reform.

They have recorded a public service announcement for both the federal health care exchange and for their home marketplace, Washington Healthplanfinder.

In the video, the players talk about how important good health coverage is for athletes and everyone else.

The video is being posted online Friday.

A spokesman for the Washington exchange said the athletes donated their time and agreed to a request last year by the White House, the Department of Health and Human Services and the Washington exchange.

Other athletes have promoted the national exchange, including basketball star Magic Johnson.
