The continual advances in automation and industrialization are causing entry-level and better-than-entry-level jobs to vanish at an ever-increasing rate.
Thanks to contemporary finance, it is quite possible for one to become wealthy without creating many (or any) jobs directly or indirectly — and it’s the best way.
Before there were firearms, no one was ever harmed by one and, if we ever rise far enough above barbarism, when there are no more firearms, no one will ever again be harmed by one.
