Sex offender Brian Osborn was recently released from jail and moved to Camas, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Brian M. Osborn, 44, was convicted in September of indecent exposure for exposing himself to a female walking by his residence. He was convicted of the same crime in 2010 and 2009. In 2006, he was convicted of indecent liberties for touching the breast of a 16-year-old girl who was at a bus stop. Two years before that, he was found guilty of lewd conduct for exposing himself to a pair of women.

Osborn reported that he is living in the 2800 block of Northwest Logan Circle. He’s described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and 210 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He isn’t known to have any vehicles.

The Camas Police Department and the Clark County sheriff’s Sex Offender Registration Unit will monitor Osborn.
