Many times I have had to wait trying to make arrangements for transportation to medical appointments through the state Department of Social and Health Services. After a long wait, they switch you through to another department, and you start the wait again. They say you can dial 1 and they will call you back. Many times, this does not happen.
It seems as though with all the technological advances, there would be a more efficient way to make transportation arrangements.
