SPOKANE — Dense fog will be a problem for parts of Washington Friday but forecasters say a change is on the way by the end of the weekend.
The Weather Service says visibility of a quarter-mile or less will make driving difficult until Friday afternoon in the Highway 195 corridor between Spokane and Pullman and also parts of Highway 2 and Highway 395 in the area. Freezing temperatures also could make the highways slick.
Forecasters say the foggy weather will give way to rain Sunday across Washington with snow in the mountains.
