A free seminar on spinner fishing at Buoy 10 and other coastal estuaries will begin at 6:30 p.m. July 16 at Fishermen Marine’s Delta Park store, 1120 N. Hayden Meadows Drive. Guide Bob Toman will be the guest speaker.
