Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Aaron’s Rents has renewed their lease at Orchards Market Center, 11505 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Be Well Nutrition has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at 1012 Washington St., Suite 160, Vancouver. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer, and Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented the seller.

Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty has leased 3,084 square feet at 400 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 350, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Sept. 1. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Creative Performance, a consulting firm, has leased 2,772 square feet of office space at Tidewater Cove, on the Columbia riverfront, in Vancouver. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Elegance Massage has leased 1,236 square feet of space at Four Seasons Shopping Center, 11215 N.E. 28th St., Vancouver. Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

McDowell Pile King, general contractor, has purchased a 3,200-square-foot manufacturing building on 1.31 acres at 7414 N.E. 47th Ave., Vancouver, from Undertaker Land Company. The purchase price was $305,000. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller and Guy Way of Location Realty represented the buyer.

Northwest Line — Joint Apprentice Training Committee, providing apprentice training for overhead electrical line workers, has purchased 9.88 acres at 1705 S.E. 17th Ave., Battle Ground, from Columbia Property Resources. The purchase price was $1,000,000. The company plans to build a new training facility and relocate operations from Oregon. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller and Garrett Harper of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer.

TN 7588 LLC has purchased a commercial building at 7588 Delaware Lane, Vancouver, from Plumas Bank. The purchase price was $660,000. Jim Martin of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, and Kelly Shea and Blake Federinko of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.
