Two local high school volleyball players have announced commitments to play at Division-I colleges.
Ashley Watkins is headed to the University of Montana. The senior-to-be outside hitter at Battle Ground was first-team all-league last season, which saw the Tigers place third at the Class 4A state tournament.
Kaila Robinson will attend Virginia Commonwealth University. The junior-to-be at Skyview was second-team all-league as a hitter.
