MILL CREEK — Police are looking for a thief who must have been hungry, because he took off with more than $600 worth of meet from a restaurant in Mill Creek, about 20 miles north of Seattle.

The Daily Herald of Everett reports that beef steak, buffalo, wild boar, lamb and chicken were taken from the Blazing Onion restaurant when someone pried open an outdoor freezer, breaking the lock and handle.

Mill Creek police officer Ian Durkee says there are no suspects for the crime at this time, but the case is still under investigation.

The restaurant was not affected by the thievery and a manager was able to pick up extra meat from other Blazing Onion locations.
