The eastbound state Highway 14 ramp to southbound Interstate 205 is back open after an hours long closure this morning.

A tractor trailer rolled on the ramp at about 5:30 a.m., blocking traffic for about four hours.

During the closure, motorists heading south were rerouted to northbound I-205 to the Mill Plain exit and then advised to turn around and head south.
