WALLA WALLA — Walla Walla will host a three-day music festival in August.
Organizers announced plans Monday for the event that will be headlined by the folk rock band Mumford &Sons and Washington’s own Foo Fighters. More than two-dozen other bands are scheduled.
City Manager Nabiel Shawa told the Union-Bulletin the festival is expected to infuse as much as $12 million into the Walla Walla economy.
Tickets for the entire Aug. 13-15 festival are $199.
