Central Vancouver — The Quinn Driscoll Foundation gave more than $16,000 to Vancouver Public Schools to go toward the purchase of 10 additional automated external defibrillators. The new defibrillators will be located on five school buses that transport students identified as high risk, and in five roving district security vehicles to be readily available at schools and after-school athletic activities. The Quinn Driscoll Foundation is dedicated to the education, testing and screening of young people for issues surrounding Sudden Cardiac Arrest and the distribution of automated external defibrillators to the community.
