Northwest Pipe reports net loss of $2.1 million in 1Q

Vancouver — Northwest Pipe Co., the Vancouver-based steel pipe manufacturer, reported a first-quarter net loss of $2.1 million, the company said this week. That compares with a net loss of $12.1 million in the January-to-March period in 2014.

The company recorded net sales of $84.9 million, up 2.7 percent from net sales of $82.6
