Vancouver — A San Diego investor has purchased a new retail building at 504 N.E. 139th St. in Vancouver for $3.28 million.

The building is fully leased to Starbucks and the Sherwin Williams paint company, both of which have signed 10-year leases, according to a news release from Sperry Van Ness/Bluestone & Hockley, which represented the buyer through investment advisor Kevin Wingate Pearse. The sale closed about one month after the acceptance of a letter of intent.
