Letter: Uncle Sam should ‘Buy American’

Just a few short years ago the U.S. government pretty much saved the American auto industry by loaning it several hundred million dollars. This then begs me to ask the question why is the U.S. government buying foreign cars? Yesterday, outside the Armed Forces recruiting center near Westfield Vancouver mall, I saw a Hyundai with U.S.
