Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Auld Enterprises, doing business as Ace Hardware, has leased 8,637 square feet at Cascade Village III, 516 S.E. Chkalov Drive, Vancouver, from Angelo Property Company. The anticipated move-in date is Feb. 1. KC Fuller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Rolland Jones of Kidder Mathews represented the tenant.

Blackstone Fire Protection has leased 2,500 square feet of industrial space at 11825 N.E. 113th St., Suite 112, Vancouver, from Highway 503 Properties. The anticipated move-in date is Dec. 1. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Essentia Water has leased 1,400 square feet of warehouse and office space at 5601 E. 18th St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord and Steve Hunker of Capacity Commercial Group represented the tenant.

James Staples has leased 950 square feet of office space at 5131 N.E. 94th Ave., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Personal Property Management & Consulting has leased 836 square feet of office space at 301 E. McLoughlin Blvd., Suite A, Vancouver, from Angelo Investment Company. The anticipated move-in date is Dec. 1. KC Fuller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Vancouver Art Space, specializing in studio painting classes, private parties and children’s birthday parties, has leased 1,200 square feet at Four Seasons Shopping Center, 2701 N.E. 114th Ave., Vancouver. Vancouver Art Space will occupy space in Building K, Suite 3. KC Fuller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Wade Transport has leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 1840 S.E. Eighth Ave., Camas, from David and Karen Bressel. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.
