Heather Lindberg has articulated and demonstrated a clear understanding of current challenges facing the Vancouver Public Schools. Her sense of ethics will allow her to address district challenges in ways that are transparent, engaged with constituents, and focused on moving our district forward based on community priorities.
After watching The Columbian’s candidate interview, attending a VPS work session and multiple school board meetings, Lindberg’s vision is the positive, professional and informed direction our school board needs. No more silly showers, unreasonable superintendent raises, and lack of accountability regarding transparency. It’s time for board representation that reflects and listens to the values of our community.
