Oregonians to see rate increases on health insurance

PORTLAND — Oregonians enrolling or re-enrolling in health insurance plans for 2016 will face some of the highest rate increases in the country — but their monthly premiums will still be among some of the lowest across the U.S.

Oregon residents can sign up, renew or change plans via the federal portal HealthCare.gov
