Nitnilone Khounnala, for a license to sell beer and wine at Dok Koon Thai Cuisine, 3414 N.E. 52nd St., Suite 103, Vancouver.

Robert L. Lang and Albert E. Percival, for a license to sell spirits, beer, wine and cider growlers, and to provide beer and wine tasting at Whole Foods Market, 815 S.E. 160th Ave., Vancouver.

Eli Arnold, for a domestic winery license at Cascadian Archaic, 21602 N.W. 11th Ave., Ridgefield.
