Battle Ground — As one of her first actions as president of the Lewis River Rotary, Nancy Miller asked her fellow Rotarians to pick up a red Solo cup. She wasn’t asking club members to toast her, however. She was asking them to fill it with change. Miller issued a Solo Cup Challenge to club members to fill up their cups with loose change, which they will then donate to Rotary International’s End Polio Now campaign, which looks to eradicate polio from the world. The drive will continue through the end of the month.
