Lincoln — The first Lincoln neighborhood Easter egg hunt took place March 26 with more than 200 children and adults participating. The egg hunt was held at Lincoln Elementary School, where 2,000 eggs were spread out across the play field. There were three separate hunting grounds for kids: ages 3 and younger, 4 to 7 and 8 to 11. In addition to hunting for eggs, children got to meet the Easter Bunny and participate in a cake walk. The egg hunt was sponsored and staged by iQ Credit Union, Main Street Dentistry and Latte da Coffee and Wine. In addition to the candy-filled eggs, everyone that participated received a bag with toothpaste, brush and rinse.
