Suspicious device found in Goodwill store

Authorities say they’ve removed and detonated a suspicious device found in a Goodwill store in Bonney Lake.

Bonney Lake police tweeted Friday afternoon that they evacuated the store. A bomb squad from Pierce County removed and detonated the device.

Police say it’s unknown exactly what the item was or its intent.

Police say no other dangerous items were found and the store would reopen.
