A man said someone shot at his parked tractor-trailer while he was sleeping inside it early Friday morning in the Orchards area.

The man reported the incident at about 4:10 a.m. from the Orchards Market, 11505 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver Police Department spokeswoman Kim Kapp said. Officers responded and found a broken window on the tractor-trailer, as well as shell casings in the area, Kapp said.

No one was injured.

Kapp had no information about a suspect Monday, but patrol officers are investigating the incident.
