High temperatures, low moister and moderate breezes created a high risk of fire in most of Western Washington and Western Oregon over the next two days.
The National Weather Service issued a Red Flag Warning until 9 p.m. tonight and from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Friday.
Red Flag Warnings are meant for emergency managers and fire agencies so they can boost staffing or proposition resources.
