Land-Use Review

The following are local land-use proposals. The county or city may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

FAIRGROUNDS: Propstone, of Louisville, Ky., seeks approval to construct a 53,300-square-foot behavioral health hospital with 72 beds. The site is on 13.3 acres on the south side of Northeast 129th Street at Northeast 29th Avenue. The proposal includes a road modification to the road standards.
