Local companies looking to recruit veterans are encouraged to register for a free table at a job fair in May.
The hiring event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon May 13 at the Armed Forces Reserve Center, 15005 N.E. 65th St.
The event, put on by WorkSource Vancouver at Joint Services Support, will be open to veterans and National Guard and Reserve members and eligible spouses.
