CENTRALIA, Wash. (AP) — An employee at a facility for juvenile offenders has been arrested following an investigation into allegations that she had sexual relations with an 18-year-old resident of the facility.

The Centralia Chronicle reports that the Green Hill School employee, 36-year-old Erin Lee Stiebritz, appeared in court Tuesday on a charge of custodial sexual misconduct.

Court documents say Washington State Patrol investigators talked to the 18-year-old, who admitted to having a sexual relationship with Stiebritz. He said the alleged sexual contact occurred in Stiebritz’s office at the Chehalis facility and that it happened after he turned 18 in July 2015.

Stiebritz has denied having any relationship with the teen.
