Liquor Licenses

The following have applied to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board:

Polina D’Souza and Dominic D’Souza, for a license to sell beer and wine at City Center Market, 545 W. Eighth St., Vancouver.

Jami Bond, for a license to sell beer and wine at Sproos, 236 Davidson Ave., Suite B, Woodland, and also off-premises.

Daniel M. Fullerton, Sheryl L. Fullerton, Kristin N. Pfeifer and Douglas J. Pfeifer, for a domestic winery license at Creekside Estate and Vineyard, 1206 S.E. 352nd Ave., Washougal.

Matthew S. Ellis, John R. Hartung and Montgomery F. Moran, for a license to sell beer at Chipotle Mexican Grill, 11600 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 3-A, Vancouver.
