Hayley Avery hit four 3-pointers and scored 18 points as Evergreen held off the Timberwolves.
Evergreen led 25-24 after three quarters before pulling away.
“We had some defensive breakdowns in the fourth quarter, and we just couldn’t make our free throws,” Heritage coach Karrin Wilson said.
Amy Gould had 11 points to pace Heritage.
