The Columbia River Economic Development Council has named its board of directors and officers for 2016.
On Monday, the private-public entity charged with attracting businesses to Clark County named Greg Seifert the CREDC board chair.
“I can honestly say that this is the strongest and healthiest I’ve seen the organization in recent memory, and I’m looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish in the next two years,” said Seifert, president and CEO of Biggs Insurance Services.
Other officers elected at CREDC’s Jan. 14 investor meeting were:
• Vice president: Casey Wyckoff, president of LSW Architects.
• Immediate past chair: Tim Schauer, president of MacKay Sposito.
• Secretary: Lisa Lowe, shareholder of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt.
• Treasurer: Lance Barrett, managing member of Barret & Co.
