Girls basketball: Seton Catholic 43, Stevenson 37

The Cougars held visiting Stevenson to nine points in the first half, and then held on for the Trico League victory.

Seton and Stevenson are now tied for fourth place in league at 4-6, fighting for the final district playoff berth. Stevenson could have claimed the spot with the win.

Elizabeth Sheldon scored 10 points for Seton.

Madison Krog led Stevenson in scoring with 14 points.
