Letter: Elect Probst back to Olympia

By Jim Martin, Vancouver
Published: July 1, 2016, 6:00am

Living in the area for close to 30 years I’ve seen a lot of good local politicians. I feel Tim Probst is one of those unique individuals who truly is looking to help the community and not line his own pockets. No special interest groups, just us citizens. He wants to help Washington state and has proved he can work with both parties in Olympia. Truly an independent Democrat, he sees himself as independent before any party labels.

To plagiarize a slogan not being used this year “Now, More Than Ever,” elect Tim Probst as our state senator for the 17th Legislative District.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
