The 2016 Freedom Bowl Classic, an all-star game of recently graduated high school football players, will be played Saturday at McKenzie Stadium.

But players took a break Wednesday from their weeklong preparation to visit patients at Shriners Hospital in Portland. Proceeds from the game will benefit local Shiners charities.

The Freedom Bowl Classic will kick off at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and will be preceded at McKenzie Stadium by Clark County Youth Football games at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Tickets are $10.
