Taqueria El Rinconsito has leased a 1,974-square-foot restaurant building at 7006 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver, from O’Brien Kiernan Investment Co. The tenant plans to open for business on Sept. 1. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Connie Cerna of Red Rock Real Estate represented the tenant.
