VANCOUVER – A large residential and commercial development is planned at 305 N.E. 192nd Ave., near Union High School.
According to plans filed with the city of Vancouver, the phased development will include 240 multi-family units, two multi-tenant commercial buildings, a medical office building and a drive-through restaurant.
The project is currently under review.
