Groundbreaking for new business park July 28

VANCOUVER — Officials will hold a groundbreaking for the Fourth Plain Business Park at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, July 28.

The upcoming industrial and retail space located on Fourth Plain Boulevard and Northeast 152nd Avenue will comprise 38,000 square feet. Representatives of Pacific NW Properties, an Oregon company marketing the speculative building, will be joined by Vancouver Mayor Tim Leavitt and regional leaders for the groundbreaking.
