Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Michelle Nisle has leased offices at 310 W. 11th St., Suite B, Vancouver. Her firm offers estate-planning needs, guardianship petitions, and probate proceedings. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Dawn Caldera has leased office space at 2200 Broadway, Suite K, Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord and Cari Jones of The Phillips Group represented the tenant.

Acute Care Education, continuing education for nurses, has leased 1,200 square feet at the Courtside Office Building, 7200 N.E. 41st St., Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Sept. 1. Adam Roselli, of Eric Fuller & Associates, represented the landlord.

Julio Rosales, providing auto repair, has renewed his lease at 3100 N.E. Minnehaha Blvd., Suite A/B, Vancouver. Brett Irons of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Kris Padden and Marc Weiner, operating a doggy day care, have leased 4,884 square feet at Craciun Retail Center, 17030 S.E. First St., Vancouver, and anticipate opening for business in October. Brett Irons of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Ricky W. Cook, operating a martial arts studio, has leased 1,452 square feet at Craciun Retail Center, 17030 S.E. First St., Vancouver, and anticipates opening for business in September. Brett Irons of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
