Letter: Kraft would put education first

By Hannah Rogers, VANCOUVER
Published: July 28, 2016, 6:00am

Vicki Kraft supports funding education first in our state budget. This is my top personal priority also. As a former public school employee, working with English language learners, I have experienced the strain on our teachers and school system. As a mother I want proper eduction funding and robust curriculum for my children. Kraft knows these issues, as she has worked with K-12 districts across Washington. She recognizes local control for parents and teachers makes for the best results in a child’s education. I cast my vote for Vicki Kraft and education.
