Keith Richards has been named chief executive at Ridgefield-based Corwin Beverage Co. Richards brings 30 years of private business distribution leadership experience across a number of industries including floral, video gaming, petroleum and home furnishings. He is a Seattle native.
SigmaDesign has hired Don Harring as the company’s vice president of business development. Harring brings more than 30 years of engineering and program management experience to the post, most recently as integration manager for Hewlett-Packard.
New businesses
Susan Clark and Catherine Villarama have opened Eternal Radiance Institute of Permanent Makeup, a school specializing in teaching the application of permanent makeup at 3305 Main St., Suite 107, in Vancouver. An open house is set from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today. The school’s hours of operation will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays. It will be open to the public on Mondays and Fridays by appointment.

Dengerink Art Supply, which has relocated to the Angst Gallery, 1015 Main St., Vancouver, will hold an open house from 2 to 5 p.m. June 25. The event will offer visitors a chance to see demonstrations, partake in refreshments and try out some art supplies. The store, which features high-quality art materials, is open from noon to 5 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays, and by appointment. Owner Erin Dengerink first opened the shop at West Sixth and Main streets in 2015.
