The following are local land-use proposals. The county or city may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

ORCHARDS: Ramsey Zawideh seeks approval for the construction of the Golden Corral, an 11,088-square-foot restaurant with 181 parking spaces at the southeast corner of the intersection of state Route 500 and Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard. WEST OF BENNINGTON: Carmen Villarma of CV-FSS has requested a rezone for the First Street Station apartments, from R-18 to R-22, to allow for the addition of 16 units.
