Windermere Stellar has honored real estate brokers representing the top of the company’s 10 percent in production for 2015. Vancouver brokers among this list are Scott Anthony, Donna Beck, Connie Bovee, Nancy Johns, Mike Lamb, Brett Leyden, Rowena Lusby and Travis Maley.

Tiffany McGuire has joined Columbia Credit Union as vice president of branch services. McGuire has 27 years’ experience in financial institutions, most recently 14 years with Umpqua Bank, where she served as vice president and area manager.

New businesses

Zoup! Fresh Soup Co. franchisee Michael Reid on Thursday opened the chain’s newest location, at 1401 S.E. 164th Ave., Suite 150 in the Columbia Tech Center with a fundraiser for Union High School and Mountain View High school band boosters. The new location is the chain’s 88th restaurant. Operating hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays.

Other business

iQ Credit Union will open a new business services center Tuesday at 6725 N.E. 42nd St., with a ribbon cutting by the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce at 9:30 a.m. The building will house iQ’s business lending department and feature a 24-hour drive-up ATM.
