O’BRIEN, Ore. — Authorities are investigating whether speed and alcohol were factors in a crash that left three people and a dog dead.

Oregon State Police say Tommy Dodson’s license was suspended when he drove a vehicle across the center line Friday on Highway 199.

Dodson, 69, died after colliding head-on with another vehicle.

The other vehicle was driven by Michael Kennedy, 62, who died at the scene with his passenger, Tammy Blind, 51, and a dog.
