Marine deputy up for national officer of the year award

Esther Short — Clark County Marine Deputy Office Todd Baker won the Western States Boating Law Enforcement Officer of the Year Award from the Western States Boating Administrator’s Association.

Baker is now one of three law enforcement officers nominated for the National Marine Law Enforcement Officer Of The Year award, which will presented by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators in Seattle this September.

Last year, Baker was selected as the 2015 Marine Law Enforcement Officer of the Year at the Washington State Marine Law Enforcement Conference.
