Skibowl opens adventure park on Saturday

GOVERNMENT CAMP, Ore. — Skibowl’s Adventure Park on Mount Hood will be open Memorial Day weekend, as the facility phases into summer operations.

The park will be open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and Monday, then on weekends through June 11. Daily operations start beginning June 12.

This weekend, the park will offer free all-day passes to active and inactive members of the military.

A park action pass, which includes the more than 20 attractions, costs $79 for all day or $69 from 2 p.m. until closing.

An adventure pass costs $36 for three hours or $41 for all day and includes 14 attractions. An all-day bike lift costs $39.

Among the attractions at Skibowl in the summer are an alpine slide, zip lines, a mountain bike park, a batting cage, mini golf, disc golf, a bungee tower, horseback rides and more.
