Subcontractors wanted for upcoming remodel jobs

Vancouver – Local subcontractors, suppliers and the interested public are invited to “Meet the Prime,” an event from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, at Waste Connections of Washington, 12115 N.E. 99th St.

Hosted by the Southwest Washington Contractors Association and the Washington Procurement Technical Assistance Center, the event will feature general contractors Centennial Contractors Enterprises and Halbert Construction Services, which have been selected by the city of Vancouver to complete upcoming construction projects.

The projects are renovations or tenant improvements and will include mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry, flooring, concrete, fire alarms and more. Representatives from PTAC, GCAP, OMWBE and other organizations will be present to answer questions about participating in the bidding process.
