A Vancouver woman suspected of driving under the influence of intoxicants was injured in a single-vehicle crash in Skamania County on Tuesday night.

Sheryl A. Dennett, 55, was driving a 2007 Honda Pilot east on state Highway 14 about seven miles east of Washougal when she crossed the center line at about 7:45 p.m., according to Washington State Patrol. The vehicle came to rest on the embankment.

Dennett was injured and taken to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, though her condition was not immediately available.

Troopers said she faces a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants.
