Mother who saved kids from fire remains in critical condition

SPOKANE VALLEY — The Spokesman-Review reported that a mother who was credited with saving her three children from their burning home near Spokane Valley remains in critical condition, as does her oldest child.

The newspaper reported that the woman suffered third-degree burns and collapsed in the front doorway after getting the children out of the house as the fire burned late Friday night.
