The AARP Foundation is looking for volunteers to assist the public with filling out their income tax forms during the next tax season, which runs Jan. 28-April 17. Last year more than 60 volunteers helped more than 3,000 taxpayers in Clark and Skamania counties.
Volunteers receive free training and then assist people at nine area sites. Spanish-speaking volunteers are especially needed. Visit local.aarp.org/vancouver-wa/volunteering.
