Commercial building permits over $100,000 issued by the city of Vancouver.

D.A. Bentley Construction, 11909 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 100, $120,000, improvements at European Wax Center.

Jim Pidgeon Enterprises, 1910 W. Fourth Plain Blvd., $407,835, demolish and remodel existing structure, construct new tenant space on each side.

Polarity Construction, 430 S.E. 192nd Ave., $450,000, convert existing restaurant space inside Wal-Mart to a Burger King restaurant.

Roof Toppers, 6801 N.E. 40th St., $167,000, replace roof at Vancouver Ford.

Summit RWP, 2231 N.E. Bridgecreek Ave., replace siding and windows on 17 buildings, $225,261 each.

Western Construction Services, 8700 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, $150,000, add two public stairways in mall, between Gold’s Gym and Cinetopia.
